Step 1: Your free coaching session- everyone starts out the same way. You will have a 20 to 30 minute telephone session with a Debt Strategy Coach to review your circumstances. The Coach will collect some critical information and begin the process of making a Debt Strategy recommendation.

Step 2: The Debt Strategy Coach will prepare an Analysis Report that will essentially outline the Debt Strategy that makes the most sense for you.

Step 3: Your follow coaching session- you and your Coach will have a 20 minute telephone session to review the Analysis Report and answer any of your questions. You will then decide which of the programs, if any, make sense for you.

Step 4: Debt Strategy Roadmap (Silver and Gold customers only)- The Coach will prepare a detailed Debt Strategy Roadmap outlining your precise course of action.

Step 5: You carry out the strategy with the guidance of a coach. You can utilize all the available tools, depending on your customer level, as needed.
